An immersive lesson that celebrates the traditional cuisine of Campania, in which you will learn to prepare two of the most beloved dishes of our tradition: aubergine parmigiana and fresh pasta, following recipes handed down for generations. The experience will begin with a visit to our vegetable garden, where you can personally collect the fresh ingredients that we will use during the cooking class. Followed by an aperitif/tasting of typical local products of our own production, such as jams, pickles and our extra virgin olive oil, to immerse yourself in the authentic flavors of our land. During the lesson you will discover the secrets of local ingredients and the techniques that make our cuisine unique. Once the preparation is complete, the dishes will be served and shared in a convivial atmosphere, enriched by the flavors of our local wines and the finishing touch of our artisanal limoncello, for a moment of authentic pleasure and sharing.
